All scripts, code, assets, and content provided through GUNZ are the exclusive intellectual property of GUNZ. Purchasing a license grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Plus scripts; it does not transfer ownership.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once access has been granted, we can only replace depending on the context.
GUNZ services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GUNZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access them.
